Courgette burgers

- 2 spring onions
- 400 g cannellini beans use a tin ready cooked
- 150 g grated courgette
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper chilli powder would work too
- 2 tbsp chickpea flour plain flour works too
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley optional
