Energy Balls

The quickest snack you will ever make. Just remember to add the ingredients to your shopping list!

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing bowl

Materials

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp protein powder
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp nut butter of your choice

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, stir with a spoon then bring together with your hands into small, bitesize balls.
  • Keep in an airtight container for 2 days or they can be frozen if you wish.
