Energy Balls
The quickest snack you will ever make. Just remember to add the ingredients to your shopping list!

- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp protein powder
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp nut butter of your choice
Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, stir with a spoon then bring together with your hands into small, bitesize balls.
Keep in an airtight container for 2 days or they can be frozen if you wish.
