Instructions
Put the oats, boiled water and milk into a saucepan, bring to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat and simmer on a very low heat for 20 mins.
Stir regularly and add more milk, if required. It will stick to the bottom of the pan if the mixture is too thick.
After 20 minutes, the oats should be cooked through and soft.
Serve immediately with the ground flaxseed, chia seeds and blueberries, plus a splash of cold milk.
