50gGreen pitted olives
50gCapers
300kgSpaghettiIt will work with any pasta shape.
1tbspRapeseed oilOlive oil is a good alternative.
Instructions
Cook the spaghetti as per the instructions on the packet.
Once cooked, place the spaghetti in a bowl and heat a tablespoon of oil, add the garlic and chilli plus the capers and olives. Stir and leave for 5 minutes to allow everything to heat through.
Now return the spaghetti to the pan, combine and serve with some grated parmesan.
