Real beans on toast
Ingredients

Heat a tablespoon of rapeseed oil in a frying pan.

Add the garlic and cook gently for 30 seconds and be careful it doens't burn.

Now add the paprika, tomato puree. sugar, balsamic vinegar and water and simmer gently until it thickens slightly.

Add the beans and cook with the lid on until the beans are heated through.

Check seasoning and serve with your favourite toast, rice, pasta, or even some mash potato.
